A reservation is considered confirmed only after the rental agreement has been signed and the required payment has been received.
Payments are accepted via approved methods stated in your rental agreement.
2. Cancellation by Guest
Standard Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in:
✔ Full refund of rental payment, minus any non-refundable processing or service fees (if applicable).
Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in:
❌ No refund will be issued.
No-shows or early departures:
❌ No refunds will be provided.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain discounted or promotional rates may be non-refundable.
These bookings cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.
4. Cancellation by Owner / Management
In rare circumstances (property damage, safety issues, unforeseen events), we reserve the right to cancel a reservation.
